CTAS County Government Consultants Heather Duncan and Melisa Kelton along with CTAS Legal Consultant Laylah Smith will outline the rules and regulations governing the conduct and responsibilities of county officials, department heads, and employees, and will provide real examples that counties can learn from. The course will cover personnel policies, FMLA, and workplace harassment. PLEASE NOTE: Post-test required for successful completion, with a 70% or above score. Post-test is completed online in K@te. The test may be taken over if not passed the first time. If failed a second time, the participant must wait 90 days to re-take.
