Tintin Czach leads the Tennessee Certified Economic Developer (TCED) Program at the University of Tennessee Center for Industrial Services, where she connects economic and community development professionals with the training and resources they need to make a real impact in their communities.

Before joining UT CIS, Tintin served as program manager for the State Industrial Access Program with the Tennessee Department of Transportation. Her diverse background includes experience in entertainment and special events at Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville and Caesars Entertainment Corporation in Las Vegas. It was through these varied experiences that she discovered her passion for economic development—work she now pursues with dedication and energy.

An active member of the Tennessee Economic Development Council (TEDC), Tintin brings unique expertise to her work. She holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from the Mapua Institute of Technology in the Philippines and is a proud Tennessee Certified Economic and Community Developer (TCEcD).

When she's not working, you'll find Tintin spending time with her husband, Brian, and son, Taylor—all die-hard New York Mets fans who share a love for travel and discovering new places together.
