Mark Sebby brings more than 30 years of experience leading quality and lean improvement initiatives in manufacturing, including 22 years in the automotive industry. Over the past 13 years, he has consulted across multiple industries, helping organizations strengthen quality management systems and implement lean manufacturing practices. Before joining UT CIS, he led numerous process improvement projects and delivered lean training, using tools such as DOE, VSM, TOC and advanced statistical analysis to improve yield, reduce material usage, and eliminate waste.

A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Mark specializes in driving measurable gains in quality, productivity and cost savings. He leads, teaches and mentors project teams and facilitates lean initiatives such as Kaizen events, quick changeovers, cellular manufacturing, standard work and downtime reduction. His approach blends lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies to produce sustainable results.

Mark also has extensive experience developing and implementing quality management systems, guiding companies to certifications including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, AS9100 and ISO 14001. Earlier in his career, he held quality management and engineering roles in Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive companies, where he supported facility start-ups, validated new processes and products, negotiated customer agreements and secured approvals prior to product launch.
