Jenny Rish

As Director of English Programs at the Tennessee Language Center, Jenny oversees the ESL, ESL to Go and TESL programs serving immigrant and refugee communities. She holds a master's degree in leadership and public service from Lipscomb University and a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in Spanish from Middle Tennessee State University. Drawn to serve immigrant and refugee populations, she began her career volunteering at a local Spanish community center and Nashville International Center for Empowerment before joining as youth education coordinator. She then joined the Tennessee Language Center as administrative coordinator, advancing to assistant director and ultimately to director in 2019.
