Courtney Viar

Courtney Viar is a Certified Municipal Finance Officer (CMFO) training instructor and finance and accounting consultant for MTAS. She joined MTAS after serving as the director of finance and administrative operations for the Lenoir City Utilities Board. 

Courtney has a bachelor's degree in business management from Maryville College and earned her master's in business administration from Lincoln Memorial University. She holds both the CMFO and the Certified County Finance Officer (CCFO) designations from MTAS and CTAS.
