Courtney Russell

Courtney serves MTAS a human resources consultant for Middle and East Tennessee. She joined MTAS from the city of Gallatin where she was the human resources director since 2023. She's also worked in human resources roles in the private sector and with local governments in Easton and Allentown, Penn. 

Courtney has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Albright College (Reading, Penn.) and a master's in human resources management from Moravian College (Bethlehem, Penn.).
