The Municipal Technical Advisory Service (MTAS) provides training and technical consulting to Tennessee’s municipalities and their officials. MTAS offers training programs for city officials, including Certified Municipal Finance Officer, Municipal Court Clerk, Elected Officials Academy and the Municipal Leadership Program
