Through its five agencies, the University of Tennessee (UT) Institute for Public Service (IPS) assisted every county in Tennessee last year, providing expertise for leaders in government, industry and law enforcement.
The Board of Trustees is the governing body of the University of Tennessee. It has full and complete control over the university's organization and administration, constituent parts and financial affairs.
