SMART TALENT SYSTEMS WORKSHOPS Attracting, engaging, and developing great workers is a key challenge for manufacturers today. You will learn:To create job postings that attract talented employees that clearly define growth opportunities. How to increase your labor pool (identify other sources, employee referral programs).How to optimize the hiring and on-boarding process.To build Development Paths that maximizes your training investments by reducing training time and resources.To use training delivery and coaching methods that optimize the training process and ensure that training sessions are more effective.WORKSHOP 3: MANAGE YOUR WORKFORCE TO MAXIMIZE EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTION This session links employee development paths to company career ladders.
