SMART TALENT SYSTEMS WORKSHOPS Attracting, engaging, and developing great workers is a key challenge for manufacturers today. If you want to outpace the competition, grow your business, and become more profitable – building a learning culture is the key to success. You will learn: How the Smart Talent Systems approach builds relevant systems to attract, train, and engage the workforce to solve today’s workforce challenges, providing organizational alignment that leads to a greater Culture of LearningGÇ¥.To understand and apply the six-step Structured OJT model.To understand how Adult Learning is applied to the Structured OJT Process to achieve results.How to describe the steps to effectively deliver and measure the effectiveness of the training process.WORKSHOP 2: MAXIMIZING YOUR WORKFORCE’S DEVELOPMENT Effectively attracting and onboarding new talent, while expanding your available labor pools. You will learn:To create job postings that attract talented employees that clearly define growth opportunities. How to increase your labor pool (identify other sources, employee referral programs).How to optimize the hiring and on-boarding process.To build Development Paths that maximizes your training investments by reducing training time and resources.To use training delivery and coaching methods that optimize the training process and ensure that training sessions are more effective.WORKSHOP 3: MANAGE YOUR WORKFORCE TO MAXIMIZE EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTION This session links employee development paths to company career ladders. Develop a compensation strategy based on promoting from within, paying for acquiring new skills and knowledge while demonstrating strong performance. You will learn:How to create a motivating environment that increases personal engagement to facilitate workplace success.Develop a workplace environment where everyone has a proactive role in improving the company.
