Fair Labor Standards Act: Revised Overtime Regulations

The employment arena is constantly changing! This course explores the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and its impact on organizations. The course will examine recent changes to the Act and what cities should do to prepare. The course will also examine the impact of the FLSA on Public Safety employees. This course is eligible for 4 hours of POST Commission training, 4 hours Fire Commission training, and Officer training credit under Section 580C2 of the ISO Fire Suppression Rating Schedule. Target Audience: Managers, Supervisors, City Recorders, HR Directors Credits: 4.0 CPE/ CMFO (Financial)
