IPS is now accepting applications for the Mary and Jack Jinks Scholarship as well as the Jim and Marie Murphy Scholarship. The Jinks Scholarship is available to any relative of an IPS employee and the Murphy Scholarship is available to any relative of the County Technical Assistance Service or the County Officials Association of Tennessee.
