The Southern Consortium Dear Fellow SCUPSO Members,
On behalf of The University of Tennessee, the UT Institute for Public Service (IPS) and the Howard Baker Center for Public Policy, I look forward to welcoming you to Knoxville for the 2010 SCUPSO Annual Conference. The organization has assembled a very informative conference to discuss the issues and opportunities facing all of us today.
You will be visiting our city during one of its most beautiful times of the year when the dogwoods are in full bloom. I hope many of you will be able to find the time to take part in some of the events surrounding the 50th Annual Dogwoods Arts Festival (www.dogwoodarts.com) – a Knoxville tradition. Knoxville also sits at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, one of the nation's most visited National Parks.
You will find everything you need to register, as well as information about Knoxville on this page However if you need additional information, please contact us.
Sincerely,
Dr. Mary Jinks
